Bloom Interaction documents a set of improvisations from the duo of Gabe Boyarin (6- and 12-string electric guitar, electronics) and Marie Carroll (cello, koto, electronics). Eight floral structures emerge from the unique shared language of these two unconventional virtuosos, creating complex, interwoven layers of oscillating strings, resonating tones and mutating electronic textures. The organic and the synthetic meer at a juxtapositional focal point within these thoroughly exploratory pieces.
